Cancel or return an order

Cancel or return – open your order

Sign in with the email address used for the purchase and the one-time code sent to you. Select your order and request a cancellation for items that have not shipped, or a return for items that have. Confirm your request. You will receive a confirmation by email. You can also notify us by email or by post.

Right of withdrawal and returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The period is counted from the day after you receive the item, or the last item if an order is delivered in several parts. Our standard designs are made to order, but are still covered by the right of withdrawal.

Notify us clearly that you wish to withdraw from the purchase at felix@felixamadeus.com. Please state your order number and which items it concerns. You do not need to give a reason.

Contact us for return instructions so that the item is sent to the correct recipient. Return the item no later than 14 days after your notice of withdrawal. You pay the direct cost of returning the item. We charge no restocking fee.

You may examine and try the item as you would in a shop. If you have handled it more than is necessary to establish its characteristics and function, a deduction for the actual diminished value may apply.

Refund

We refund within 14 days of your notice of withdrawal. We may wait for the item to reach us, or for proof that you have sent it back. If you withdraw from the entire order, the cost of our cheapest standard delivery option is refunded as well. The refund is made using the same payment method, with no additional fee.

Faulty goods

You may claim original faults for three years. Notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the fault; notice within two months is always in time. Email felix@felixamadeus.com with a description and, preferably, photographs. We cover the necessary return shipping for an approved claim.

Your rights under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (konsumentköplagen) are not affected by this policy.
