How long will my order take?

Everything is made or decorated when you order it, so there is production time before anything ships. Production normally takes 2–7 business days. For delivery to Sweden, a tee usually lands around 7–22 business days including production and transit; embroidered caps take longer, roughly 12–35 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, and weekends and public holidays do not count as business days.

Why did my order arrive in separate parcels?

Different products are made by different production partners. If your order mixes a hoodie with a cap or a sticker pack, the parts may travel separately and arrive on different days. You are not charged extra for it.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — to Sweden and to every international destination selectable at checkout. Products and delivery options vary by country, and the exact cost appears before you complete your order.

When is shipping free?

Automatically, from an order value of 1,100 SEK, to all activated destinations. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout from the items and the delivery address.

What size should I order?

Fit varies by product. Heavy tees are cut relaxed; hoodies run oversized. Every product page carries the size guide and measurements for that specific garment — use those rather than your usual number, especially across different blanks.

Can I change my mind?

Yes. You have 14 days' right of withdrawal, counted from the day after you receive the item, or the last item if your order arrives in parts. Our standard designs are made to order and are still covered. Email felix@felixamadeus.com with your order number — no reason needed — and you will get return instructions. Send the item back within 14 days of that message. You pay the direct return shipping. There is no restocking fee. Full terms are in the return policy.

What are the products actually made of?

Named blanks, listed on each product page: Stanley/Stella tees, Richardson 112 trucker caps, Atlantis ribbed beanies, glossy ceramic mugs, kiss-cut vinyl and paper stickers. We name them because the difference is real.
